Violet Kathleen Elliott (née Giles) passed away on July 20, 2010 at the Red Deer Nursing Home, less than 3 weeks shy of her 98th birthday.
A memorial service was held on July 28 at the Memorial Presbyterian Church in Rocky Mountain House, Alberta, where she had been a member for many years.
